If you had to create a similar portrait like this, who would you display on the wall and why?

Sten and lex are two italian artist specialized in stencils. Their artwork inspires people and even graffiti artists. If i had to create a similar protrait like this, i would like to make it with my family picture. I choose to do a stencil art of my family picture because by making a art out of a family picture, it won't look that creepy if its on the wall ( for me, having someone else's portrait in the room make me have nightmare of them moving ).  Also, it would be a unique family photo.

 

Where would you want to place it?

I wouldn't even think of displaying on the wall. First, the stencil style makes me kind of dizzy and second, my house is not big enough to put any pictures on the wall and lastly, my mother dislikes putting anything on the wall. However, if i had to put one of the stencil art in my house i would put in the living room, near where the shoe cubby is. I would put it there because it is the only place that has a space to hang something and is away from my room. 

 

Other than black and white what color would you use? Why?

I would use  colors like purple, blue, and pink. I choose those color because with only black and white, it doesn't really gives off a "pop". so by combining different colors together, not only the artwork is detailed, but also it gives off a stylish-and-funky feeling.
